Participants in our disability transport service are consistently taken to their destinations in safety and comfort. Our transport service can help you whether you need help getting to a social event or shopping.
Under our assistance with daily living and personal care activities service, our support workers will:
- Together with the NDIS participants, we create customised plans that best address their objectives and needs.
- Our staff is made up of knowledgeable, skilled individuals with extensive training in offering help to people with disabilities.
- We take responsibility for the services we render and are open and honest about our methods.
- We work in a helpful and caring manner with the participants and their families because we are sympathetic and caring towards them.
- Because we are adaptive and flexible, we may modify our support to fit the participants' evolving requirements and situations.
- Our support staff members ensure that services are appropriate and accessible by being sensitive to the cultural needs of participants from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
The level of support provided will vary depending on the individual’s disability, their goals, and the level of support required to achieve those goals.
