Respite Care
Providing in-home aged care services for a loved one may be a fulfilling and difficult task. It is important to acknowledge the critical role that respite care may play in preserving both the well-being of the elderly care receiver and the family members providing support, since juggling the physical, emotional, and mental demands of caregiving can occasionally take a toll on both.
Under our assistance with daily living and personal care activities service, our support workers will:
- Together with the NDIS participants, we create customised plans that best address their objectives and needs.
- Our staff is made up of knowledgeable, skilled individuals with extensive training in offering help to people with disabilities.
- We take responsibility for the services we render and are open and honest about our methods.
- We work in a helpful and caring manner with the participants and their families because we are sympathetic and caring towards them.
- Because we are adaptive and flexible, we may modify our support to fit the participants' evolving requirements and situations.
- Our support staff members ensure that services are appropriate and accessible by being sensitive to the cultural needs of participants from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
The level of support provided will vary depending on the individual’s disability, their goals, and the level of support required to achieve those goals.
